Anna was key in helping us complete our most recent accreditation process. Although we welcomed the chance to reflect on our processes as a school, the added work of accreditation felt daunting. In her role as self-study coordinator, Anna partnered with our senior leadership team to create a highly organized and structured process that allowed all of us to then focus on what was most important. She worked calmly and carefully with all committees to not only ensure deadlines were met, but that the spirit of our school came through in each chapter. We had over sixty-five people working on the report and somehow Anna helped us to maintain a common voice throughout -- from program to pedagogy to finances to safety -- she demonstrated expertise in all details of each chapter. Her ability to handle many, many details at once is exemplary. Accreditation is a process that aims to feature the heart of a school -- it may seem like someone from the outside wouldn't be able to support that level of internal work, but Anna did just that. We could not have spent so much time deeply focused on reflecting within our teams if we didn't have someone tending to the details, the timeline, and the bigger picture. Perhaps the most important thing -- accreditation work takes many months and you want to work with someone who has a sense of humor and who understands school life -- that is Anna through and through. I can't imagine going through the process without her calm nature, professionalism, and expertise in the self-study process.

Anna was absolutely instrumental in Millennium School receiving its inaugural CAIS accreditation so seamlessly over the past year. As our site coordinator, she established an efficient timeline and process for the self-study, coordinated our internal team members through an online progress tracker and dashboard, and lead the drafting of nearly 300 pages of documentation. By organizing PD days and coordinating communication with the visiting committee, Anna simplified a complicated process into a truly collaborative experience for all involved. She produced all deliverables on schedule, responded to CAIS comments, and coached our team across the finish line in style.
